Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether and how we can help, and, if you opt in, to send occasional compliance updates. We process this information with your consent and to take steps you have asked us to take before any engagement, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Who we share it with
Enquiry forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our email inbox (Google Gmail). These providers may store data on servers outside Nigeria. We do not sell personal information. Where data is processed outside Nigeria, we rely on providers that apply recognised security and data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to an engagement for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a client, your information is kept in line with our professional record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
Please do not send confidential documents
Our general enquiry form is not a secure channel for confidential files. Please do not send sensitive documents or details until we confirm a suitable channel and the scope of our assistance.
